When everything feels impossible – Natalia makes it possible

Every other service gives families information. Natalia gives them peace of mind – and she shows up.

I don’t send you a list. I don’t put you on hold. I show up — virtually or in person — and I don’t leave until your family has clarity, structure, and peace of mind.

How I Show Up:

💻 Virtually — scheduled consultations nationwide

🏠 In Person — when the situation demands it

📋 Digital Guides — available immediately

Where others see chaos – Natalia brings calm.

“And then came an angel.”

— Laura O., Family of Alzheimer’s Client

About
our company

Every other service gives families information. Natalia gives them herself.

This is why ElderCare by Natalia exists — not to hand families a list of options, but to walk beside them through every difficult moment, decision, and transition until things are stable again.

At ElderCare by Natalia, our work is rooted in compassion, dignity, and thoughtful leadership for families navigating the complexities of aging care.

This work is for the people who once cared for us — who raised us, protected us, and loved us long before we understood what love truly meant. As roles begin to shift, we believe it is our responsibility to return that care with patience, respect, and humanity.

Caring for an aging loved one is not just about schedules, safety, or decisions. It is about honoring a life, a legacy, and the person beyond their age or limitations — remembering who they are, who they have been, and everything they have given.

ElderCare by Natalia exists to support families through this sacred chapter of life. We help families navigate care planning, daily challenges, and next steps with clarity and calm. Most importantly, we advocate for older adults to feel seen, valued, and deeply respected — not as a burden, but as the heart of the family they helped build.

This work is done with heart, intention, and humanity.

Because caregiving is not just a service — it is an act of love, and love deserves guidance.

About
Founder & Private Senior Care Consultant

Natalia Potchkkhoua

Founder & Private Senior Care Consultant

At some point, after years of walking alongside families through their hardest moments, I stopped thinking of this as a job. I realized it was a calling — something I carry deep in my heart and cannot walk away from.

ElderCare by Natalia was founded from a deeply personal place — with the understanding that caring for an aging loved one is not simply a responsibility, but an emotional journey filled with questions, uncertainty, and love.

With over 15 years of hands-on caregiving experience, I have walked alongside older adults and their families during some of life’s most sensitive moments. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to make important decisions while balancing safety, dignity, emotions, and everyday life.

My connection to elder care began early. After losing my parents at a young age, I was raised by my grandparents — and they became the foundation of who I am today. Growing up surrounded by their wisdom, strength, and compassion shaped my understanding of patience, responsibility, and deep respect for older adults.

To me, elders are not simply people who need care — they are individuals with lives, stories, memories, and dignity that deserve to be honored and protected.

As a Private Senior Care Consultant, my role is to support families with clarity, structure, and compassionate guidance. I help families navigate care planning, daily routines, safety concerns, communication challenges, and next steps — always keeping the older adult’s dignity, comfort, and voice at the center of every decision.

ElderCare by Natalia was created to be a safe and trusted space for families — a place where questions are welcomed, concerns are heard, and no one feels alone in the caregiving journey.

Caregiving is not just what I do.

It is something I carry with heart, intention, and responsibility.

Because every older adult deserves to feel seen, valued, respected, and deeply cared for.

— Natalia
